The information collected via phone or email is to allow us to contact the customer regarding the clearance service required and allow us to visit the customers address to do the clearance they require.
All personal data will not be collected and sold or passed on to a third party service.
We only use the data of the customer submitting their information to contact them via email, phone, or which ever other method they have asked us to do so, regarding the clearance service required.
Once the clearance has been completed and all invoices settled from the customer, then communication will stop unless they require another clearance.
The customer may be contacted via email shortly after the job has been completed, only for some feedback on the service we provided. This is not required and is only asked of our customers to help us know if we are providing a great service and to help other customers see why they should choose our service.
