Our two or three person team carries everything down, loads the van quickly so we’re not blocking the road, and leaves the flat and the communal areas clean.

We give you a fixed price before we start, based on how much there is and how easy the flat is to reach, so there’s no surprise charge for stairs on the day.

What we take

Furniture, beds and mattresses, white goods, kitchenware, clothes, boxes, carpets and general rubbish. We dismantle wardrobes and bed frames on site so they come out without damaging walls, doors or banisters.

No need to be there

If you can’t be at the property, we can collect keys from you, a neighbour or the agent and send photos once the flat is clear. Anything reusable goes to charity and up to 90% of the rest is recycled.
