Rubbish Clearance Stratford

Stratford Rubbish Removal for Flats, Towers and Terraces

Stratford has changed more in the past fifteen years than almost anywhere in London. Alongside the older Victorian terraces of Maryland, West Ham and Forest Gate, there are now thousands of flats in towers around the Olympic Park, East Village and the town centre. Each type of home has its own challenges when it comes to getting rubbish out, and we have dealt with both for years.

New-build towers and managed blocks

Modern apartment buildings in E15 and E20 usually have concierge desks, loading bays and rules about when bulky items can be moved and which lift to use. Tell us about these when you book and we will work within them. We carry items down using the goods or service lift where there is one, protect the lift where required, and keep communal corridors clear. Flat-pack furniture and bed frames are taken apart in the flat first.

Victorian terraces and older homes

On the older streets around Maryland and Forest Gate, the challenges are different: narrow hallways, no side access and tight on-street parking. We carry garden and household rubbish through the house carefully, protect floors where needed and keep the van’s time outside as short as possible. Converted flats with shared entrances are handled the same way, with communal areas left clean for neighbours.

• Sofas, beds, mattresses and wardrobes
• Fridges, washing machines and other appliances
• Boxes and bags from a move or clear-out
• Balcony and garden clutter
• Packaging and debris after a refurbishment

We cannot take hazardous waste, including asbestos, chemicals, liquid paint and gas bottles.

Price, recycling and paperwork

Our price is based on the volume of rubbish and how easy it is to reach, and we agree a fixed figure before we start. Up to 90% of what we collect is recycled or reused, and furniture in good condition is passed to charity where possible. Every collection comes with a waste transfer note from a registered waste carrier (CBDU333885), which managing agents and landlords in Stratford often ask to see.

Traffic around Westfield, the Olympic Park and the main roads can be heavy, especially when there is an event at the stadium or the arenas. We plan our timings with that in mind. We cover all of Stratford and the neighbouring areas of Leyton, Bow, Plaistow, Canning Town and Hackney Wick.

Clear it today or tomorrow. Same or next day is often available. Call free on 0800 910 1700 or WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585 for a fixed price.
