Wait & Load Dover

Wait and Load Dover: Clear Waste Without a Skip

Dover is a town of hills. Many of the terraces climbing up from the town centre towards Tower Hamlets, Maxton and Clarendon have steep pavements and parked cars on both sides, and very few have a front drive. Getting a skip delivered can be awkward, and once it is down it blocks space everyone needs. EM Waste Clearance offers wait and load as a simpler option across Dover and the CT15, CT16 and CT17 postcodes.

What Happens on the Day

Our van and crew pull up outside your property. You load the waste into the van, and if you would like help with heavier items, the crew can help on request. When the job is done the van drives away with everything on board. No skip sits on London Road or outside your house in Buckland, and nobody else can add their rubbish to it.

Because the van leaves when you finish, there is no skip permit to arrange with the council and nothing to worry about overnight.

Jobs It Works Well For

• Kitchen and bathroom refits in older terraced houses
• Builders and trades who want waste removed as they work
• Garden projects in River, Temple Ewell and Kearsney
• Clear-outs in Whitfield, Aycliffe or St Margaret’s at Cliffe where you sort as you go
• Properties near Biggin Street and Castle Street with no room for a skip

Accepted Waste

Rubble, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old units, bathroom suites, furniture, garden waste and general household rubbish can all go in. We are not able to take hazardous items such as asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint, so please keep these separate.

Price on Request

Every wait and load job is priced on the volume and weight of the waste. Send photos on WhatsApp, use the quote form or call the office and we will give you a price. Same day and next day collections are often available in Dover.

All waste goes to licensed facilities, up to 90% is recycled or reused, and we never fly-tip. You get a waste transfer note for every collection, so you have a clear record of where it went. We are a family-run business, fully licensed and insured, Environment Agency registered (CBDU333885), with over 15 years’ experience and 7,500+ happy customers across London, Essex and Kent.

If you have been searching for a wait and load skip in Dover because the road outside is too tight, this is the service for you. Call 0800 910 1700 or WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585 for a price.
