Wait & Load Folkestone

Folkestone Wait & Load Rubbish Removal

Folkestone has a real mix of housing. Tall Victorian and Edwardian houses off The Leas, flats above shops on Sandgate Road and Tontine Street, terraces in the East Cliff area and family homes out towards Cheriton and Hawkinge. A lot of these have little or no space for a skip. Wait and load solves that: our van turns up, waits while you load your waste, and then takes it away.

A Skip Alternative That Leaves Nothing Behind

When you hire a skip, it can sit outside for a week, and on a busy road that means a permit, warning lights and a lot of passers-by treating it as a public bin. Our wait and load rubbish removal works differently. The van is only there while the job is happening. Once it is full, it goes, and the road is back to normal.

That makes it handy for:

• Flat conversions and refurbishments in the town centre and the Creative Quarter
• DIY projects in CT19 and CT20 where there is no driveway
• Builders and trades working in Sandgate or Hythe who want waste off site quickly
• Garden clearances in Cheriton, Hawkinge and Capel-le-Ferne
• Clear-outs where you want to sort items as you go

You Load, We Can Help

Wait and load means you load the van while our crew waits. If something is heavy or awkward, just ask and the crew can help load it. You do not have to stack everything on the pavement in advance either. Bring it out at your own pace and it goes straight into the van.

We take most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste, including rubble, timber, plasterboard offcuts, old kitchens and bathrooms, furniture and general rubbish. Asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals and liquid paint cannot go in the van.

Pricing and Paperwork

The cost depends on the volume and weight of the waste, so we price each job on request. The quickest route is to send us photos on WhatsApp. Every load goes to a licensed facility, with up to 90% recycled or reused, and you receive a waste transfer note so you know it has been dealt with properly. EM Waste Clearance is a family-run firm with more than 15 years’ experience and over 7,500 happy customers, registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier (CBDU333885).

We cover all of Folkestone and the nearby areas of Folkestone & Hythe district, and same day or next day slots are often available.
