Wait & Load Tonbridge

Wait and Load Tonbridge

The streets either side of Tonbridge High Street and around the station are packed with Victorian and Edwardian terraces, many with no front drive and residents’ parking outside. Finding somewhere safe to leave a skip can be hard, and getting a skip permit adds another job to the list. With our wait and load service, a van and crew come to your property, wait while you load, and leave with the waste. Nothing stays on the road.

It works just as well if you’re between tenants on a rented property or helping a relative downsize from a larger family home.

Who uses wait and load in Tonbridge?

• Homeowners doing DIY, decorating or a room-by-room renovation
• Families replacing a kitchen or bathroom
• Builders and trades who want site waste cleared at the end of a stage
• Gardeners clearing old fencing, turf and green waste
• Anyone sorting a loft, garage or spare room as they go

You load the van and our crew can help load on request. Once loaded, the van goes, so there’s no skip outside for days and no one else adding rubbish to it.

Tonbridge and nearby areas

We cover Tonbridge across the TN9, TN10 and TN11 postcode districts, including Higham Wood, Trench Wood, Hildenborough, Hadlow, Leigh and East Peckham, plus Southborough and Paddock Wood. Some roads around the castle and the River Medway are narrow and busy, so a van that comes and goes is often the least disruptive way to deal with a pile of waste.

Waste types

Most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste is accepted, including rubble, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old kitchens and bathrooms, furniture, garden waste and general household rubbish. We can’t take hazardous waste: asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals and liquid paint must stay out of the van.

All waste goes to licensed facilities, and up to 90% is recycled or reused. You receive a waste transfer note on every job, and nothing is ever fly-tipped. EM Waste Clearance is family run, has more than 15 years’ experience and 7,500+ happy customers, and is fully licensed, insured and registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier (CBDU333885).

Pricing and how to book

Our wait and load skip alternative is priced on the volume and weight of the waste, so we give each customer a price on request. For a fast quote, WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585.
