Wait & Load Paddock Wood

Wait and Load Paddock Wood: Waste Gone, Road Clear

Paddock Wood has grown quickly. Alongside the older streets around Commercial Road and the station, there are large new-build estates on the edges of the town, with more still being built. Many of those estates have tight parking, shared drives and management rules that make a skip awkward. Our wait and load service gets round it. Our van and crew come to your door, wait while you load your waste, and then take it away.

Why skip hire doesn’t always work here

A skip on the road needs a permit from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. On an estate road it may also block shared access or visitor bays, and it can sit there for days. Skips left out overnight also tend to attract other people’s rubbish. With wait and load, the van is only there while you load. Once you are done, the road is clear, and there is no need to keep checking on a skip parked outside. It is a tidier way to deal with waste on a street where everyone shares the same space.

Who books wait and load in Paddock Wood

• New homeowners clearing packaging and offcuts after moving in
• People fitting new kitchens, bathrooms or flooring
• Garden projects in Five Oak Green, Capel and East Peckham
• Builders and trades working on extensions along Maidstone Road
• Clear-outs of lofts, garages and outbuildings, sorting as you go

We also cover Brenchley, Matfield and Horsmonden, so the wider TN12 area is no problem.

Loading, pricing and what we accept

You load the van while the crew waits. If you need help with heavy items, ask and our crew can help load. We price wait and load rubbish removal on the volume and weight of the waste, so you only pay for what you clear. WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585, call 0800 910 1700 or use the quote form for a price.

We take most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste: rubble, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old kitchens and bathrooms, furniture, garden waste and general rubbish. We can’t take asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint.

Everything goes to licensed facilities, with up to 90% recycled or reused, and you get a waste transfer note for every job. We are a family-run company with 15+ years’ experience, fully licensed and insured, and registered with the Environment Agency (CBDU333885). Same day or next day service is often available in Paddock Wood.
