Garden Clearance Larkfield

Garden Clearance in Larkfield and ME20

Larkfield’s estate houses mostly have neat, enclosed back gardens, often with a side gate or an alleyway at the back, while some of the older properties along the London Road and towards New Hythe have longer plots. Whatever the size, waste piles up: old fencing, a rotten shed, bags of cuttings and the remains of a patio. Our garden clearance in Larkfield takes it all away in one go, and our team does every bit of the loading.

Three times people usually call

After moving in. You’ve bought a house in Larkfield or Leybourne and the garden has been left for years. We clear out the rubbish so you can see what you’re working with.

After the landscaper. The new patio or fence is in, and the old slabs, panels and turf are stacked up. We take them away.

Before selling or letting. A clear garden helps a property look its best and gives new occupants a fresh start.

What we take

• Grass cuttings, leaves, branches and trimmings already cut
• Fence panels, posts, trellis and decking
• Paving slabs, bricks, rubble and turf
• Sheds, greenhouses and summer houses, dismantled on site
• Garden furniture, BBQs, pots and play equipment

Green waste is composted, and timber, metal and hardcore are separated for recycling. Up to 90% of what we collect is recycled or reused.

What we don’t do

We’re a waste clearance company, so we don’t provide gardening or tree work, we don’t trim hedges and we don’t cut back overgrown gardens. If something needs cutting back first, mention it when you call and we’ll talk through the options.

There’s no skip to hire, no permit to arrange and nothing left sitting on the drive, and in many cases we work out cheaper than a skip. The price is fixed before we start, based on how much van space the waste needs and how easy the access is. Same day or next day visits are often possible. We’re fully licensed and insured, Environment Agency registered (CBDU333885), and you’ll get a waste transfer note for every job.

We cover Larkfield, Leybourne, Lunsford, New Hythe, Ditton, Aylesford, East Malling and Snodland.

You don’t need to bag anything or bring it to the front before we arrive. Loose waste is fine where it is, and we’ll sweep paths and patios once the van is loaded. If you’re not sure how big the job is, a few photos on WhatsApp are usually enough for us to give you a firm price without a visit. Saturday mornings are available too.
