Rubbish Clearance Woodford Green

Rubbish Clearance Woodford Green and IG8

Woodford Green is known for its large Edwardian and interwar family houses, many with long gardens, garages and loft space that fill up gradually over the years. Sooner or later something prompts a proper clear-out: a loft conversion, a new kitchen, or simply wanting the garage back. EM Waste Clearance removes household and garden rubbish across Woodford Green and the rest of IG8, and we handle all the lifting, loading and dismantling ourselves.

Clear-outs we’re often asked to do

• Emptying lofts before a conversion or sale
• Clearing garages and garden rooms of old furniture and boxes
• Removing sheds, greenhouses and fence panels
• Taking away hedge cuttings, branches and green waste
• Collecting old kitchens, bathrooms and carpets after building work
• Single bulky items like pianos, wardrobes or sofas

We can’t take hazardous waste, which includes asbestos, chemicals, liquid paint and gas bottles.

No skip sitting on your drive

A skip on a driveway can crack block paving, and one on the High Road or a side street needs a permit from Redbridge. Plenty of Woodford Green properties sit close to Epping Forest, where a skip left out overnight can end up full of other people’s waste. With a clearance, there’s nothing left behind. We arrive, load straight from the loft, garden or garage, and leave the same visit. You also don’t pay for space you don’t use, because our fixed price is based on the actual volume and the access.

Disposed of responsibly

Fly-tipping on the edges of Epping Forest is a familiar sight round here, and it’s one reason we’re careful to show customers exactly how their rubbish is handled. EM Waste Clearance is an Environment Agency registered waste carrier (CBDU333885), and every job comes with a waste transfer note. Up to 90% of what we collect is recycled or reused, and furniture in good condition goes to charity where possible. We never fly-tip. If you’re ever unsure about a collector, ask for their waste carrier number and check it before you book.

Most clear-outs need just one visit, even from bigger houses. Our two or three person team works through the loft, house and garden in order, carrying everything to the van and sweeping each area as it’s emptied. If you only want part of a garage cleared, show us what stays and what goes and we’ll leave the rest untouched.

We cover Woodford Green, Woodford Wells, Woodford Bridge, South Woodford, Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell and Highams Park. We’re a family-run business with over 15 years’ experience, and same day or next day collection is often available.
