Wait & Load Chislehurst

Chislehurst Wait and Load Waste Removal

Much of Chislehurst is covered by conservation areas, with period houses, the commons and leafy roads around Royal Parade and the High Street. A skip parked outside for a week is not always welcome, and on narrower lanes it can be awkward to place at all. Wait and load is a neater answer. Our van comes to your property, the crew wait while you load, and the waste goes with them in the same visit. It keeps the street looking as it should and avoids the question of where a skip could safely go on a sloping or narrow drive.

It is equally useful for smaller jobs. If you only have part of a load, you are not paying to fill a skip you don’t need.

Suited to homes around BR7

Large houses produce large amounts of waste, especially during refurbishment. Wait and load is a good fit for:

• Period property renovations where old fittings and timber need removing
• Gardens with mature planting, where cuttings and soil pile up
• Clearing outbuildings, garages and lofts
• Downsizing before a move, sorting what to keep as you load
• Builders and trades on extensions in Elmstead, Bickley and Petts Wood

Why not just get a skip?

A skip needs space, may need a permit if it goes on the road, and tends to collect passers-by’s rubbish. It also stays outside until it is collected. With our wait and load skip alternative, nothing is left on the road at all. You load the van at your own pace, and our crew can help load on request if items are heavy or awkward. When you have finished, the van drives off and your frontage is back to normal.

We take most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste, including rubble, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old kitchens and bathrooms, furniture, garden waste and general household rubbish. We can’t accept hazardous waste such as asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint.
