Wait & Load Erith

Wait and Load Rubbish Removal in Erith

Erith has changed a lot, with new flats near the riverside and Pier Square alongside older Victorian and Edwardian terraces up the hill towards Northumberland Heath. Neither is great for a skip. Flats have shared parking, and the terraced roads have little kerb space to spare. With wait and load, you don’t need one. Our van comes to you, the crew wait while you load, and the waste leaves with them. It is quick to arrange and there is nothing to collect later.

Common Erith jobs

• Clearing a flat near Erith station before moving out
• Stripping out an old kitchen or bathroom in Northumberland Heath
• Garden clear-ups in Slade Green and Barnehurst
• Builders and trades working in Belvedere and Crayford who want waste gone at the end of a stage
• Loft and shed clear-outs where you want to sort as you go

What you skip by skipping the skip

No skip permit, no skip sitting outside for a week, and no neighbours slipping their rubbish into it. Once the van has gone, nothing is left on the road. You load the van yourself, and if you need a hand, our crew can help load on request. It is a straightforward wait and load skip alternative for any DA8 job where space is tight.

It also keeps things moving. You can book a van when the waste is ready rather than hiring a skip in advance and hoping you fill it before it is collected. If you aren’t sure whether everything will fit, send photos and we will advise.

Accepted waste covers most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste, including rubble, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old kitchens and bathrooms, furniture, garden waste and general household rubbish. We don’t take hazardous waste: asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals and liquid paint are excluded.

Pricing and responsible disposal

Each job is priced on the volume and weight of the waste, and the price is given on request. WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585, call us, or use our quote form. Same day or next day service is often available.

Waste goes to licensed facilities, where up to 90% is recycled or reused, and a waste transfer note comes with every job. We never fly-tip. EM Waste Clearance is family run, fully licensed and insured, with 15+ years’ experience, 7,500+ happy customers and Environment Agency waste carrier registration CBDU333885.
