Wait & Load Swanley

Wait and Load in Swanley: The Skip Alternative for BR8

Swanley sits right on the edge of London, with the M25 at junction 3 and the A20 carrying traffic past the town every day. Plenty of homes here are terraced or semi-detached with short frontages, and a skip can easily end up on the road. Our wait and load service gets around that. We bring a van and crew to your door, wait while you load your waste, then drive it away the same visit. Nothing sits outside overnight and nothing needs a permit from Sevenoaks District Council.

How a Swanley wait and load job works

You tell us roughly what you have and send a few photos by WhatsApp if you can. We give you a price based on the volume and weight of the waste. On the day, the van parks up and you load it. If you want a hand, ask and our crew can help load. When it is full or you are finished, we leave with everything and you get a waste transfer note for your records.

Because the van is only there while you load, neighbours cannot add their own rubbish the way they often do with a skip left on a street. That matters on the estates around Swanley High Street and London Road, where a skip outside a house tends to collect extra bags within a day.

Jobs it suits around Swanley and nearby villages

• Kitchen and bathroom refits where the old units, tiles and plasterboard offcuts need to go
• Garden projects in Hextable, Crockenhill and Swanley Village, including soil, turf and green waste
• Builders and trades working on extensions who want the site clear at the end of a stage
• Loft and garage clear-outs where you sort as you go
• Homes with no driveway where a skip would block the road or a parking space

We also cover Farningham, Eynsford, Sutton-at-Hone and the Wilmington side towards Dartford, so if you are working on more than one property in the area we can usually fit the jobs in close together.

What can and can’t go in the van

Most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste is fine. That includes rubble, timber, old furniture, plasterboard offcuts, general rubbish and garden waste. We cannot take asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint, so keep those separate. Everything we collect goes to licensed facilities, with up to 90% recycled or reused. We are a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency (CBDU333885) and your waste is never fly-tipped.

We are a family-run business with more than 15 years in waste removal and over 7,500 happy customers across London, Essex and Kent. Same day or next day service is often available in Swanley, depending on the schedule.
