Wait & Load Waltham Abbey

Wait and Load Waltham Abbey

The old centre of Waltham Abbey, around the abbey church, Sun Street and Highbridge Street, is a conservation area with narrow streets and older properties packed closely together. Away from the centre, estates such as Ninefields have shared parking and front gardens rather than drives. In both cases a skip can be awkward. Our wait and load service is a straightforward alternative: a van turns up, waits while you load, and takes the waste away.

What you get with wait and load

• A van and crew that wait at your property while you load
• Help loading from our crew if you request it
• Nothing left on the road: no skip, no skip permit
• No neighbours adding their rubbish to your skip
• Waste taken the same visit, not days later

It’s a good fit for refurbishments, DIY work, builders and tradespeople clearing a site in stages, garden projects, and clear-outs where you’re working through a garage or loft and sorting as you go.

Covering Waltham Abbey and the Lee Valley edge

We cover Waltham Abbey and the surrounding parts of Epping Forest District, including Upshire, Sewardstone, High Beach, Nazeing, Epping and Loughton, plus Chingford on the London side. With the M25 close by, our vans can reach EN9 easily, and same day or next day service is often available.

Waste we can and can’t take

Most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste is accepted. Typical wait and load rubbish removal jobs include rubble and broken bricks, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old kitchens and bathroom suites, flooring, garden waste, furniture and general household rubbish. We can’t accept hazardous waste such as asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint.

We take everything to licensed facilities and up to 90% is recycled or reused. You’ll get a waste transfer note with every job, and nothing we collect is ever fly-tipped. EM Waste Clearance is family run, has been in waste removal for 15+ years, and is a fully licensed, insured, Environment Agency registered waste carrier (CBDU333885).

How much does it cost?

Every job is different, so the price is based on the volume and weight of your waste and given on request.
