Rubbish Clearance Great Dunmow

Great Dunmow Rubbish Clearance That Does the Heavy Lifting

Great Dunmow has grown a lot in recent years. Alongside the listed buildings around the Market Place and Doctor’s Pond, there are now large new estates such as Woodlands Park on the edge of town, plus the established streets off Stortford Road and Chelmsford Road. Whatever kind of home you have, rubbish has a way of collecting in garages, lofts and spare rooms. EM Waste Clearance comes in, loads it up and takes it away.

From loft boxes to old carpets

• Household junk, bags and boxes
• Old furniture, beds and mattresses
• Fridges, washing machines and other appliances
• Packaging and leftovers after moving into a new-build
• Old carpets, underlay and laminate
• Garden waste and broken outdoor furniture

We can’t take hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, liquid paint or gas bottles. Almost everything else is fine.

New-build estates and the old town

On the newer estates, parking restrictions and management company rules can make a skip awkward or impossible. In the older streets near the High Street, there simply isn’t room. Our van only stays for the time it takes to load, and our two or three person uniformed team carries everything out, so you never have to drag bags to the kerb. We sweep up before we leave.

How we price

You get a fixed price before any work starts. It’s based on how much space your rubbish takes up in the van and how easy it is to reach, so you only pay for what we take. Many customers find it works out cheaper than a skip, especially once you account for the hire period and permit. Send a few photos over WhatsApp and we can usually reply with a quote quickly.

Responsible disposal

We’re a family run company with more than 15 years’ experience and over 7,500 happy customers. We’re fully licensed and insured and registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier (CBDU333885). You’ll receive a waste transfer note for every job, so there’s a clear record that your waste was handled legally. Up to 90% of what we collect is recycled or reused, and anything still usable is passed on where possible. We never fly-tip.

Same day and next day collections are often available. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm, so get in touch during those hours and we’ll find a slot that suits you, whether you’re clearing out before a move or just reclaiming the garage.

We cover Great Dunmow (CM6) as well as Little Dunmow, Felsted, Great Easton, Little Easton, Barnston, Stebbing and Takeley.
