Wait & Load Great Dunmow

Great Dunmow Wait and Load Service

Great Dunmow has two quite different sides: the historic centre around the High Street, Market Place and Doctor’s Pond, and the newer estates that have grown up around the edge of the town. Both can make skip hire awkward. Older properties front straight onto narrow streets, while many new-build homes have shared driveways and tight parking. Wait and load gets round both.

A van that waits while you load

We send a van and crew to your CM6 address. You load the waste and the crew wait until you’re done; if there are heavy items, they can help load on request. Then the van goes and the road is clear. There’s no skip permit, no skip left out for days and no neighbours adding their rubbish to yours. It’s a simple wait and load skip alternative for anyone who wants the waste gone in one visit.

Ideal for

• Extensions and renovations, with rubble, timber and plasterboard offcuts
• Replacing old kitchens and bathrooms
• Clearing gardens on larger rural plots
• Sorting through a loft, barn or garage as you go
• Builders and trades who need a quick turnaround between stages

Most household, garden and building waste is fine, including furniture and general rubbish. Asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals and liquid paint can’t be taken.

Covering Dunmow and nearby villages

We cover Great Dunmow, Little Dunmow, Felsted, Stebbing, Barnston, Great Easton, High Easter, Takeley and Thaxted. All waste is taken to licensed facilities with up to 90% recycled or reused, a waste transfer note is issued for every job, and nothing is fly-tipped. EM Waste Clearance is registered with the Environment Agency (CBDU333885), fully licensed and insured, and family run with over 15 years’ experience.

A lot of homes around Great Dunmow sit on larger plots, with gardens, outbuildings and garages that collect years of clutter. Wait and load lets you tackle all of it in one visit: load the van as you go through each building, and leave the rest to us. For older properties in the centre, where waste has to be carried through the house to the street, it avoids leaving a skip on a narrow road. Builders working on extensions and refurbishments in the surrounding villages also use it between stages of a job, when a skip would just sit half full and get in the way of deliveries.

Price is based on volume and weight rather than a flat rate. Send photos on WhatsApp to 07531 148 585, fill in the quote form or call 0800 910 1700 for a wait and load price in Great Dunmow.
