Rubbish Clearance Bromley

Rubbish Clearance in Bromley, BR1 and BR2

The London Borough of Bromley is the largest borough in London by area, and its housing reflects that. Around the town centre and the roads near Bromley South and Bromley North stations there are plenty of flats and Victorian terraces. Further out, in Bickley, Shortlands, Hayes and Bromley Common, you find larger semis and detached houses with long gardens, big garages and loft space. Whatever kind of home you have in Bromley, EM Waste Clearance can take away the rubbish you no longer want in a single, tidy visit.

How it works

Send us a few photos on WhatsApp or give us a call and tell us what needs to go. We will give you a fixed price based on the volume and how easy it is to reach. On the day, our uniformed team of two or three arrives, does all the dismantling, carrying and loading, then sweeps up. You do not need to bring anything outside or bag it up first.

Larger homes, larger clear-outs

Bigger houses tend to mean bigger clear-outs. We are often asked to clear several areas at once, for example a loft, a garage and the end of the garden, which is far easier in one visit than over several weekends of trips. Popular jobs include:

• Loft and garage clearances
• Garden waste, old sheds, greenhouses and fencing
• Unwanted furniture, beds and mattresses
• Fridges, freezers, cookers and washing machines
• Rubbish left over from extensions and refurbishments
• Clutter cleared before a house sale or move

We cannot take hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles or liquid paint.

Better than hiring a skip

A skip can seem like the obvious choice, but it means waiting for delivery and collection, possibly applying for a permit if it goes on the road, and doing all the loading yourself. You also pay for the whole skip whether you fill it or not. With us, you pay only for the space your waste takes up, and our team does the heavy work. In most cases it ends up cheaper, and it is certainly quicker.
