Rubbish Clearance West Wickham

Rubbish Clearance in West Wickham and the BR4 Area

Most rubbish builds up slowly. A few bags behind the garage, an old printer in the loft, boxes left over from a kitchen refit. Then one day it is in the way. EM Waste Clearance covers West Wickham and the surrounding parts of the London Borough of Bromley, and we take away household and general rubbish in one visit, with the price fixed before anyone picks up a bag.

Plenty of homes here are interwar semis and detached houses with garages, side passages and long gardens, which is exactly where clutter tends to hide. Our team carries everything out from wherever it is stored, loads the van and sweeps up behind us, so you don’t need to drag anything to the front of the house first.

What we take away

• Bagged household rubbish and loose junk
• Old furniture, mattresses and white goods
• Cardboard, packaging and DIY leftovers such as offcuts and old flooring
• Toys, bikes, electricals and clutter from lofts and garages
• Garden waste and broken garden furniture

We can’t take hazardous waste, so asbestos, chemicals, liquid paint and gas bottles need to go elsewhere. If you’re not sure about an item, send us a photo and we’ll tell you straight.

Why many West Wickham customers skip the skip

A skip sits on your drive for days, needs a permit if it goes on the road and invites passers-by to add their own rubbish. With a man and van clearance you pay for the space your waste actually takes up in the van, we do the lifting, and the job is finished the same day. For a lot of jobs that works out cheaper than a skip, especially when access is tight or the rubbish is spread around the house.

Where it goes after collection

We are a family run business with more than 15 years’ experience and over 7,500 happy customers. We’re registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier (CBDU333885) and you get a waste transfer note on every job. Up to 90% of what we collect is recycled or reused, items in good condition are passed on where possible, and nothing is ever fly-tipped on Spring Park or West Wickham Common.

We regularly work around the High Street, Glebe Way, Station Road and the roads off Croydon Road, and across Coney Hall, Eden Park, Hayes, Park Langley and Shirley. Postcodes BR4, BR2 and BR3 are all part of our regular round.
