Rubbish Clearance Biggin Hill

Rubbish Clearance in Biggin Hill, TN16

Biggin Hill feels more like a village on the North Downs than part of London, but it sits within the London Borough of Bromley and EM Waste Clearance covers it as part of our regular south east London and Kent work. Homes here tend to have more space than in town: detached houses and chalet bungalows on generous plots, garages, lofts and outbuildings. More space usually means more stored rubbish, and that’s what we clear.

Where the rubbish usually is

In Biggin Hill the biggest clear-outs tend to be garages that haven’t had a car in them for years, loft spaces in bungalows, side passages stacked with old timber, and the far end of long gardens. We’ll take it from wherever it is. Typical loads include:

• Household junk, boxes and bags from lofts and spare rooms
• Garage contents such as old bikes, tools and shelving
• Furniture, carpets, mattresses and white goods
• Renovation waste from kitchen and bathroom refits
• Green waste and broken garden furniture

We can’t remove hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals, liquid paint or gas bottles.

No skip on the drive

Plenty of Biggin Hill homes have a drive big enough for a skip, but that still means it sitting there for a week and you doing all the loading. Some of the older roads in the valley are narrow or unmade, which doesn’t make skip delivery any easier. With us there’s no skip, no permit and nothing left on the drive. Our two or three person uniformed team does the lifting and loading, then sweeps up. You pay for the space your waste takes up in the van, plus access, and we agree a fixed price before starting.

Getting a price

The quickest way is to WhatsApp a few photos to 07531 148 585. We’ll come back with a fixed price, and same day or next day collections are often available. For many people it works out cheaper than hiring a skip, especially once you count the time saved.
