Wait & Load Biggin Hill

Wait and Load Biggin Hill: A Skip Alternative on the Edge of London

Biggin Hill is the most rural corner of the London Borough of Bromley. It is a hilltop area of bungalows, chalet houses and detached homes on generous plots, many reached by narrow roads and unmade lanes around Aperfield, Berry’s Green and Leaves Green. A skip lorry can struggle on some of these, and a skip can damage a gravel drive or soft verge. Wait and load is a practical alternative. Our van comes up, the crew waits while you load, and the waste leaves with us.

Big gardens, big clear-ups

With larger plots come larger garden jobs. Overgrown borders, felled branches, old fencing, sheds and turf all suit a wait and load. So do the renovation projects common in older bungalows: kitchens and bathrooms being replaced, loft rooms being added, and rubble, timber and plasterboard offcuts piling up.

• Garden clearance waste, branches and soil
• Old kitchens, bathroom suites and fitted furniture
• Building waste from extensions and loft conversions
• Garage and outbuilding clear-outs
• General household rubbish before a move

You load, the crew waits

You load the van at your own pace, sorting as you go. Our crew stays with it and can help load on request. Because nothing is left on the road, no skip permit is needed from Bromley council and there is no skip sitting on your drive for days.

We do not take hazardous waste: no asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint. Most other household, garden and building waste is fine.

Prices and paperwork

The price depends on the volume and weight of your waste. We give prices on request, so WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585, call 0800 910 1700 or use our quote form. Same day or next day collections are often available.

All waste is taken to licensed facilities and up to 90% is recycled or reused. Every job comes with a waste transfer note, and nothing is ever fly-tipped. We are family run, with over 15 years’ experience, fully insured and registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier (CBDU333885).

We cover Biggin Hill along Main Road and out to Leaves Green, Keston, Downe, Cudham and across the Kent border to Westerham. For a skip-free clear-up in Biggin Hill, call us.

There is no railway station in the area and most people rely on their cars, so a skip on the drive can leave you with nowhere to park. A van that arrives, waits while you load and then leaves keeps your drive clear for the rest of the week.
