Rubbish Clearance Tenterden

Tenterden Rubbish Clearance for Homes, Gardens and Outbuildings

Tenterden’s wide, tree-lined High Street is easy enough to reach, but plenty of the homes around it are not. Weatherboarded cottages down narrow side streets, farmhouses off country lanes in Smallhythe and Reading Street, and barns and stables full of decades of storage all need a team that is willing to carry things a fair distance. That is a normal day for us.

Bigger Plots, Bigger Clear-Outs

Homes around Tenterden often come with large gardens, garages and outbuildings. Over the years they fill up with old furniture, broken garden equipment, timber and household items that never quite made it to the tip. We clear the lot in one visit, sorting it as we go so as much as possible is recycled.

• Barns, stables, workshops and garages
• Garden waste, hedge cuttings and old fencing
• Unwanted furniture, mattresses and carpets
• Old appliances and electricals
• Leftovers from building and renovation work

We cannot remove hazardous waste, so asbestos sheeting, chemicals, liquid paint and gas bottles must stay behind.

Cheaper and Simpler Than a Skip

A skip on a country lane can be awkward to place, and on the High Street it is out of the question. With a clearance there is no hire period, no permit and no lifting on your part. Our two or three person team does everything and sweeps up afterwards. You pay a fixed price, agreed before we start, based on how much we take and how accessible it is.

Licensed, Insured and Experienced

We are a family-run business with more than 15 years of experience and over 7,500 happy customers. We hold an Environment Agency waste carrier registration (CBDU333885) and provide a waste transfer note on every job. Up to 90% of the waste we collect is recycled or reused, decent items go to charity, and nothing is ever fly-tipped.

If you are preparing a house in Tenterden for sale, we can clear clutter before the agent’s photographs and viewings, and come back later to collect anything left over after the move.

We cover Tenterden, St Michaels, Smallhythe, Rolvenden, Wittersham, High Halden, Biddenden, Woodchurch and Reading Street.

For holiday cottages and rental properties around the town, we can also clear between bookings or tenancies, usually at short notice. Owners who live away can send us photos and leave keys with a neighbour or agent, and we will let them know once the property has been cleared. If you have a mix of household rubbish and garden waste, we sort it on site so that green waste, metal and timber go for recycling and only what genuinely cannot be reused is sent for disposal, which keeps the cost of your clearance down.

Call 0800 910 1700 or WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585 for a fixed price.
