Some Greenwich sheds just need emptying. Others have leaned a little further every winter and need to come down altogether. We handle both. Our team clears the contents, dismantles timber, metal and plastic sheds on site, and carries everything out through the garden or the house, which matters in the many SE10 terraces that have no side gate.

We protect floors and doorways on the way through and sweep up behind us. There is no skip to hire, no permit to apply for and nothing left on the pavement outside. Most customers simply send us a couple of photos of the shed, inside and out, and we come back with a fixed price based on the volume and how easy it is to reach.

Two ways we can help

• Contents only: old tools, broken mowers, empty tins, garden equipment and general junk cleared out, with the shed left standing
• Full removal: the shed dismantled and taken away, along with greenhouses, summer houses and log stores
• Wooden bases: lifted and removed with the shed

Please note we do not remove concrete bases, so if your shed sits on a slab, that stays where it is. Standard felt roofs are no problem. We cannot take sheds with asbestos cement roofs, so if you think yours might have one, mention it when you book.

Making space for something new

A lot of our Greenwich shed clearances happen just before a new shed, garden office or rear extension goes in. Timber and metal from dismantled sheds go for recycling and any green waste is composted. Up to 90% of what we collect is recycled or reused, and we never fly-tip. You receive a waste transfer note for the job, and we are registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier (CBDU333885).
