Two exceptions to be aware of: we don’t remove concrete bases, so a concrete pad will be left in place, and we can’t take sheds with asbestos cement roofs. If you suspect your roof sheets may contain asbestos, please mention it when you book.

Clearing the site for a new build

Our two or three person team does all the dismantling, lifting and loading, carrying panels from the bottom of the garden to the van and sweeping up afterwards. Timber and metal are recycled and any green waste is composted, with up to 90% of what we collect recycled or reused overall.

The price is fixed before we start and is based on how much van space the waste takes up and the access. It’s often cheaper than a skip, and you won’t need to arrange a skip permit on your Upminster road.
