Wait & Load Upminster

Wait & Load in Upminster

Upminster has plenty of family homes with gardens, from the interwar semis around Hall Lane to the bungalows of Cranham and the larger houses towards Corbets Tey. When one of these gets a new kitchen, a loft conversion or a garden overhaul, the waste builds up fast. A skip can work, but it needs room, sometimes a permit from Havering Council, and it sits there for days. Our wait and load service is the alternative: a van and crew that wait while you load, then leave.

Why people in Upminster choose it

• Drives often have cars on them, leaving nowhere for a skip
• Nothing is left on St Mary’s Lane or your side road
• No neighbours topping it up overnight
• Rubbish is gone the same visit, not days later

You load the van, which means you stay in control of what goes. If something is heavy or awkward, our crew can help load on request.

Garden clear-ups and renovation waste

Big gardens are common in RM14, and a single landscaping project can produce a lot of soil, turf, branches and broken slabs. Wait and load is a practical way to clear it without a skip on the drive for a week. We see the same with renovation waste: old kitchen units, bathroom suites, timber, plasterboard offcuts and rubble. It also suits loft and garage clear-outs where you are sorting through things as you go, and builders or trades who want a quick clear at the end of a job.

We can’t take hazardous waste, including asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals and liquid paint. Most other household, garden and building waste is fine.

Licensed and recycled

We are fully licensed and insured, and registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier under CBDU333885. Waste from Upminster goes to licensed facilities, up to 90% is recycled or reused, and you receive a waste transfer note every time. Nothing is ever fly-tipped.

EM Waste Clearance is family run, with 15+ years in waste removal and more than 7,500 happy customers. We cover Upminster Bridge, Cranham, Corbets Tey, North Ockendon, Hornchurch and Emerson Park, and same day or next day service is often available.

Roads near Upminster station and Station Road can be busy, so when you book, tell us about your parking and access. Having the waste gathered near the front of the house or by the side gate makes loading quicker.
