Wait & Load Rochester

Wait and Load in Rochester

Rochester’s historic centre, between the castle, the cathedral and the long High Street, is a conservation area full of Georgian and Victorian buildings, many of them with shops below and flats above. The residential streets behind, such as those around Star Hill, St Margaret’s and Delce, are mostly terraced with parking on the road. A skip outside a period house on a narrow street is rarely welcome.

EM Waste Clearance offers wait and load in Rochester and across the ME1 postcode. A van and crew come to your door, wait while you load your waste and then drive it away. Nothing is left behind.

Why Wait and Load Suits Rochester

With no skip on the road, there’s no skip permit to arrange, no container in front of a historic building and no risk of other people filling it. You can bring things out and sort them as you go, and the road is clear the moment the van leaves.

Typical Projects

• Restoring or refitting flats above shops on and around the High Street
• Kitchen and bathroom refits in terraces in Delce and St Margaret’s
• Garden projects in Borstal and Warren Wood
• House and loft clear-outs across ME1 where you want to sort as you load
• Builders and trades working on extensions and refurbishments who don’t want a skip on site

Loading, Waste Types and Exclusions

You load the van while our crew waits, and the crew can help load on request if you’d like an extra pair of hands. Most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste is accepted, including rubble, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old kitchens and bathrooms, furniture, garden waste and general rubbish. We can’t take asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint.

Getting Your Price

We price wait and load on the volume and weight of your waste, so it’s price on request. Send photos on WhatsApp, use the quote form or call us. Same day and next day slots are often available across Rochester.
