Furniture Disposal Fulham

Furniture Disposal Across Fulham and SW6

A large share of Fulham’s homes are flats in converted Victorian terraces, and many of them sit at the top of a narrow, steep staircase. Getting a three-seater sofa or a double wardrobe down those stairs is a two-person job at the very least, and that is before you work out where to take it. EM Waste Clearance offers furniture disposal across Fulham, collecting from any room on any floor. You don’t need to move anything to the kerb; we do the lifting.

What we collect

• Sofas, armchairs, sofa beds and footstools
• Beds, bed frames, headboards and mattresses
• Wardrobes, chests of drawers, sideboards and cabinets
• Dining tables, chairs, desks and bookcases
• Fridges, freezers, washing machines, cookers and other white goods

Single items are welcome. If you only have one mattress or a single armchair, we can collect it. If you are emptying a whole flat, we can take a full van load. Mixed loads are fine too, so an old bed, a broken desk and a couple of bags of clutter can all go together.

Protecting your stairs and doorways

Bulky pieces are often easier and safer to remove in parts. Our team will dismantle beds, wardrobes and large units on site so they come down the stairs without scraping walls or catching banisters. It is the kind of care that matters in period conversions and in modern flats around Imperial Wharf alike.

Faster than waiting for a bulky collection

Council bulky collections can take weeks to arrange, and many charities won’t accept upholstered furniture without fire safety labels. If you have a delivery coming, a tenancy ending or simply want your space back, our sofa disposal and general furniture collection service can often be arranged for the same day or next day. The price is fixed before we start, based on the space the items take up in the van and the access.

What happens next

Good quality furniture is passed on for reuse where possible. Everything else is separated so metal, timber and fabric can be recycled. White goods go to licensed WEEE recyclers, and fridges and freezers are taken to licensed facilities that deal with their gases safely. You receive a waste transfer note, and up to 90% of what we collect is recycled or reused.

We are a family-run, licensed and insured company with over 15 years’ experience, registered as a waste carrier with the Environment Agency (CBDU333885). We cover Fulham, Parsons Green, Sands End, Walham Green, West Kensington and Barons Court. Send a photo on WhatsApp to 07531 148 585 or call free on 0800 910 1700 for a price.
