Wait & Load East Ham

Wait and Load East Ham: Rubbish Gone Without a Skip

Most of East Ham is long rows of Victorian and Edwardian terraces, with front gardens that are either tiny or paved over, and streets where kerbside parking is full most of the day. Skips are hard to place, and if one does go on the road it needs a permit from Newham council. Wait and load is a straightforward alternative. Our van comes to your door, the crew waits while you load, and the waste leaves with us.

Why it works on E6 streets

A skip sitting outside a terrace for days blocks a parking space and invites other people to fill it. With a wait and load skip alternative there is nothing left behind. The van is on your road only while you are loading, then the road is clear again. It is also handy for flats above shops on High Street North and High Street South where there is no outside space at all.

Who uses it

• Homeowners refitting kitchens and bathrooms
• Landlords clearing between tenancies
• Builders and trades doing loft conversions and extensions
• Families having a clear-out before a move
• Anyone tidying a back garden off Barking Road

You load the van at your own pace and can sort as you go. If you need help with heavy items, our crew can help load on request.

What can go in the van

Most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste is fine: rubble, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old kitchens and bathroom suites, furniture, garden waste and general rubbish. We cannot take asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint.

Prices and paperwork

We price each wait and load on the volume and weight of the waste. To get a price, WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585, call free on 0800 910 1700, or fill in the quote form. Same day or next day service is often available, Monday to Saturday.

We take everything to licensed facilities, where up to 90% is recycled or reused. You get a waste transfer note for each job, and nothing is ever fly-tipped. We are a family run, fully licensed and insured company with 15+ years’ experience and an Environment Agency waste carrier registration (CBDU333885).

We cover East Ham and nearby Manor Park, Beckton, Upton Park, Plaistow and Little Ilford. If you are clearing a project in East Ham and do not have room for a skip, call us.

If you are part-way through a project and do not know how much waste there will be, a van is easier to plan around than a skip, because you are not committed to a fixed skip size before you start.
