Wait & Load Leyton

Wait & Load Rubbish Removal in Leyton

Leyton is full of Victorian terraces, many of them split into flats, on streets around Francis Road, Church Road and the High Road. A lot of these roads have been made quieter with low-traffic changes, and kerb space is precious. A skip outside for a week is a nuisance for everyone. Wait and load avoids that. We bring a van and crew, wait while you load, and take everything away there and then.

Doing it your way

You stay in control of the job. Carry waste out at your own pace and sort through it as you go, keeping what you want and loading what you don’t. Our crew waits with the van, and they can help load on request if something is too heavy to manage alone. When you are finished, so are we.

There is no skip permit to request from Waltham Forest council, because nothing is placed on the road, and no risk of passers-by adding their own rubbish to your load.

Typical Leyton projects

• Kitchen and bathroom refits in terraced houses
• Loft conversions and rear extensions producing rubble and timber
• Garden clear-ups with soil, turf and branches
• Flat clear-outs where there is nowhere to put a skip
• Small builders and trades clearing waste from a site

We take most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste, including plasterboard offcuts, old furniture and general rubbish. Hazardous waste is not accepted: no asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint.

Price on request

Prices depend on how much waste there is and how heavy it is. Send photos on WhatsApp to 07531 148 585 or call 0800 910 1700 and we will give you a price. You can also use the quote form. Same day and next day jobs are often possible.

Everything we collect goes to licensed facilities, with up to 90% recycled or reused, and you receive a waste transfer note for every job. We never fly-tip. We are a family run business with over 15 years in waste clearance and more than 7,500 happy customers, registered with the Environment Agency (CBDU333885) and fully insured.

We cover the whole of E10, from the High Road and Leyton Midland Road out towards Walthamstow and Lea Bridge. If you want a wait and load skip for your project, get in touch.

It also suits anyone who works long days. Rather than having a skip outside that you have to keep an eye on, you can book a slot that fits around your week and be done in one visit.
