Wait & Load Faversham

Wait & Load in Faversham

Faversham’s centre is one of the best preserved historic towns in Kent. Abbey Street, Court Street, West Street and the area around the Market Place are lined with timber-framed and Georgian buildings, and most of the town centre is a conservation area. Many of these homes have no front garden, no drive and very little room on the road outside. A skip there is awkward at best.

EM Waste Clearance offers wait and load in Faversham and across the ME13 area. Our van and crew arrive at your address, wait while you load your waste and then take it away the same visit.

A Better Fit for Historic Streets

Because the van leaves once it is loaded, there is no skip permit to arrange, nothing blocking a narrow street and nothing standing in front of a listed building for days. No one else can add their rubbish, and your road is clear as soon as you are finished.

It suits all kinds of work, including:

• sympathetic restoration of period houses, where old lath and plaster or timber comes out
• kitchen and bathroom refits in the terraces off Preston Street and Newton Road
• garden projects in Ospringe, Davington and Preston
• clear-outs in villages such as Oare, Boughton under Blean and Selling
• builders and trades who want waste removed without a skip on site

Who Does the Loading?

With wait and load, you load the van while our crew waits. You can bring things out at your own pace and sort as you go. If something is too heavy or awkward, ask and the crew can help load.

What We Accept

Most non-hazardous household, garden and building waste is fine: rubble, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old kitchens and bathroom suites, furniture, garden waste and general rubbish. We can’t take asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint, so these need to be dealt with separately.

Price and Responsible Disposal

Prices are given on request and depend on the volume and weight of your waste. Call, fill in the quote form or WhatsApp photos and we’ll come back to you with a price. Same day or next day service is often available.

All waste is taken to licensed facilities and up to 90% is recycled or reused. Every job comes with a waste transfer note, and nothing is ever fly-tipped. We are a family-run company with more than 15 years’ experience, over 7,500 happy customers, full licensing and insurance, and Environment Agency registration as a waste carrier (CBDU333885).

We cover Faversham and the surrounding Swale villages. To get a wait and load price in Faversham, call 0800 910 1700 or WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585.
