Rubbish Clearance Ramsgate

Ramsgate Rubbish Clearance, Street by Street

Ramsgate has some of the finest Regency and Victorian architecture on the Kent coast, from the terraces on the West Cliff and East Cliff to the townhouses that look down on the Royal Harbour. Lovely to live in, but tall, narrow houses with basements and lots of stairs make clearing rubbish a real effort. EM Waste Clearance takes that effort off you. Our team carries everything out, loads the van and takes it away in one visit, with a fixed price agreed before we start.

Tall townhouses and tight parking

In the streets around the harbour, Albion Place and the High Street, on-street parking is limited and a skip would need a permit and block a space for days. Instead, we park as close as we can and work quickly. A two or three person crew means heavy furniture comes down several flights of stairs safely, and anything too big for the stairwell is taken apart in the room first. When we’ve loaded, we sweep up the hallway and pavement.

Rubbish we take away

• Furniture of every size, plus beds and mattresses
• Washing machines, fridges, cookers and other appliances
• Basement and loft contents, boxes and bags
• Garden waste, old sheds and fencing from homes in Newington, Nethercourt and Cliffsend
• DIY and refurbishment waste such as old kitchen units, doors and carpets

We can’t remove hazardous waste, including asbestos, chemicals, liquid paint and gas bottles, but we’ll clear everything around it. If you’re unsure about a particular item, send us a photo and we’ll tell you straight away whether it can go in the van.

Covering the whole of Ramsgate and nearby villages

We serve the town centre and harbour area, the West Cliff and East Cliff, Newington, Nethercourt, Northwood, St Lawrence and Pegwell, along with Cliffsend, Minster and Manston in the CT12 area. Further-flung outbuildings and longer carries are no problem; we simply factor access into the price at the quoting stage.

Why use a licensed carrier?

Fly-tipping is a problem around Thanet, and if your rubbish is dumped by someone you paid, you can be held responsible. We’re a family-run company registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier (CBDU333885), fully licensed and insured, and we give you a waste transfer note for every collection. Your rubbish goes to licensed facilities, where up to 90% is recycled or reused, and good items are donated to charity where possible.

Same day or next day service is often available. Prices are fixed in advance, based on volume and access, so there are no unexpected charges. For rubbish clearance in Ramsgate, call free on 0800 910 1700 or WhatsApp photos to 07531 148 585.
