Wait & Load Mitcham

Wait & Load Rubbish Removal in Mitcham

Mitcham has a lot of terraced streets where parking is tight and front gardens are small, especially around Fair Green, Figges Marsh and the roads off London Road. That makes a skip hard work: you need space for it, a permit from Merton Council if it goes on the road, and you have to hope nobody else fills it overnight. Our wait and load rubbish removal service gets round all of this. A van and crew from EM Waste Clearance pull up outside, wait while you load the waste, and take it away as soon as you’re done.

How it works on the day

You decide what goes, and you load it in. That means you can sort as you go: keep what you want, bag up the rest and carry it straight out to the van. If there are a few heavy or awkward pieces, such as an old sofa or a stack of broken paving, our crew can help load on request. Once you’re finished, the van leaves and your road is exactly as it was.

Accepted waste and what stays out

Rubble, plasterboard offcuts, timber, old kitchen and bathroom units, furniture, garden waste and general household rubbish are all fine. Hazardous items aren’t: we can’t take asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals or liquid paint. Everything we collect goes to licensed facilities, with up to 90% recycled or reused, and you get a waste transfer note for every job. We’re registered with the Environment Agency (CBDU333885), fully insured, and have more than 7,500 happy customers behind us.

Wait and load is also handy for the blocks of flats around Pollards Hill and Eastfields, where there’s nowhere private to put a skip and the communal bins can’t take bulky items. Bring things down, load them into the van, and you’re done. It suits houses near the local tram and rail stations too, where parking is often busy.

Wait and load is priced on the volume and weight of the waste, so we’ll give you a figure once we know what you’ve got. WhatsApp a few photos to 07531 148 585, use the quote form or call 0800 910 1700 for a Mitcham wait and load price.
